is there a personal finance guru out there? what is smarter pay off my bill or save whilei pay the minimum?

I sold a land overseas for ,000 my credit card bill is 25,000
What is smarter: to pay all of it toward my deaths or save it and continue to pay the minimum on my credit cards? Any tips?
