I have an investment home, with more to come, and I would like to keep track of this on my computer. I currently use Quicken 2007 for my personal finances. If possible, I would like a program that I can do everything in.
My research topic is dealing with personal financing and budgeting – managing one’s own money, and dealing with their personal expenses, etc…. basically the PROBLEMS that they run into, but I am focusing on hospital staff. 10 points goes to the best answer.
Typically, sinking funds are funds that a company uses to finance major repairs, maintenance and or replacement of major items. Repayment into where the funds originated, or back into the sinking fund is required.
How would a personal sinking fund be ran and would it be beneficial?
