Can anyone do qi gong taught in kung fu?

I watched a video of how you practice qi gong it seems also like a patience test.

  1. well qi gong is used to teach a person to feel qi in their body and is heavily practiced with tai chi, bagua, and hsing yi. it is slow but when you get it you will become a great fighter.
