I’m looking for a free instructional Yang family tai chi 108 form. Anyone know where I can watch/download one?

I’m looking for a video that will explain the subtleties in the movements. If no one knows of a video with speech I’d definitely be willing to settle for a clear video of someone doing the form that I can use as a reference.

  1. This is a little off topic, but check out http://www.taijipedia.net

The focus of this site is the Yang 24 form, but they give a lot of training tips to deepen your understanding of the form.

Hope it’s something you find useful

  2. Try this link. I found this play list of Erle Montaigue’s Youtube videos offering free lessons on the Yang Cheng Fu form.

    Hope that helps.

    Be well.
