I’ve never looked into it’s philosophies nor do I follow the teacher. I just saw the postures and tried them with very good results. How could Falun Dafa be a religion, it’s all subjective on what the person gains out of it.
Fa – Send out, cleanse
Lun – Rotation, complete
Da – Build, attain
Fa – Develop, way
Falun Dafa is a new doomsday religion. Qi Gong is a developed, non religious, non deity practice of body energy.
this is not BA TUAN JIN
Falun Dafa exercises are a waste of time , and to be honest I think the teacher totally fooled his followers. This is coming from somebody who practiced falun dafa, to build up chi I would stick to exercises that were meant for that purpose, like tai chi , or other qi gong found in various styles of martial arts(keep in mind thats just my opinion on falun dafa). Btw 3aoo00 , every style has it’s own way of building up chi, but they all have the same principles, so don’t worry if it seems confusi
does seem like confident movements to be honest
what is the difrences between these moves and falun dafa moves? im lost..every art has its moves…can any one explain? plz
thank you, nice Video,I’ do it your ejercicios
Nice Video
This is not “yi jin jing” this is BA TUAN JIN which is wrongly translated. Also sinew does not mean tendon it means nerve. Would you expect someone to teach something if they dont comprehend it? Neiqi is not trained in this manner, the book clearly states these are not to be performed until one masters the neiqi aspect and also it says to train near a rock or tree SEATED for numerous repetitions to maintain the neiqi this is just a qigong people do to open the meridians, nothing more
Probably the worst version out there, the only thing useful is the formulas and he doesnt give latin or english.
He’s not exercing your leg…he’s pulling it
ming mein breathing…or pranayama..taoist reverse breathing.
what there was only one manual in all of China? How about oral teachings? the most effective stuff was never written down. it was passed down thru the family to ensure it would not end up in the wrong hands
the yi jin jing manual was lost long ago
yi jin jing has two versions, external muscle tedons development & internal energy, this is the internal one, called yijinjing CHiKung,
In what way should i breath while performing the Yi Jin Jing?
Take a look at Dr Yang Jwing Ming’s book about Yi Jin Jing. It remains based upon the legend but…still interesting
Anyway each form is pretty valuable, both static (12 postures) and dynamic (this vid)
but where did the “real” forms go? this was created by dharma wasn’t it?
Hello , I’m looking for a great medicine doctor. Do you know of any either in china ,or San Diego? Anywhere. I would appreciate it . Thank you!
Hello, It’s too bad you’re in San Diego , I use to live there. I now live in Las Vegas. I’m a begginer in GiGong and I will be starting on Monday. Can you give me some pointers of how many times a day I should practice? Do you have to be a master in order to heal yourself? I’m using this as a preventative medicine. I had breast cancer and I’ve read allot of wonderful things about Tai chi and Gigong. I’m looking for a doctor who knows about herbs too.. Any advice ? I love your videos! Thanks -
there is no REAL yi jin jing, nor “traditional” way. You won’t find 2 yi jin jing sets that completly resemble each others
Thanks for your reply. Have you checked the link to that website? Can you give me some advice on which stream to follow? My main concern is whether the demonstration from the link is correct lol coz I dont want to learn the wrong thing and hurt myself =(
This is what I learned in China, the traditional way. There may be some other variations, but this is the main stream set.
Hey, I am really confused. Is this the real Yi Jin Jing? But it is different to what has been demonstrated here at shaolinkf dot 110mb dot com/yjj2 dot htm
I got the above link from wikipedia and I have been practising according to those drawings for like a month !! Please can anyone tell me what’s wrong??
Nice music!
